Nicola Wallis prints are now available for worldwide shipping which is automatically calculated at the checkout.
We use DHL international express service, which includes full insurance coverage against any loss or damage during shipment. In the unlikely event that your print is lost or damaged, we will replace it at no extra cost to you.
With our full tracking service, you can stay updated on the status of your parcel from the moment it is ready to be shipped.
If any import charges are due, DHL will contact you directly, usually by email or text message, once your artwork reaches your country. The customs process is standard and straightforward: DHL manages the clearance and provides clear instructions for secure payment if required. In many countries, original artworks and limited edition linocut prints are exempt from customs duty, although import VAT may still apply depending on local regulations and how the artwork is classified by customs.
Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties and fees of the destination country.
